Pater Goodman Merriman was established in 2002 following the amalgamation of Merriman & Partners (formally Chamberlain & Willows) and Pater & Goodman who between them have over 100 years experience in the City fringe location and central London area.

The company based in the heart of Clerkenwell has established itself as one of the leading independent commercial practices in the area having achieved a number of high profile transactions since its original conception. PGM have maintained strong links outside the area covering the whole of greater London in a wide range of property activities.
