The team is headed by Hedley Merriman who has over 35 years experience in the UK property market with particular emphasis and expert knowledge in the London region concentrating especially in and around the City of London , City fringe and Mid-Town location.

Work is carried out on behalf of Landlord and tenant at termination or rent review requiring in-depth negotiation skills coupled with a professional approach. We can also assist in presenting expert evidence for court proceedings or preparing a case for a third party on a wide range of commercial properties. We are on a number of bank valuation panels including Barclays Bank (upper tier).
